• Third-party services (e.g., OTP, cloud) only for operational use.

2. Permissions We Request

• Camera, Storage, Bluetooth, Contacts – required for features.

3. Internet Requirement

EzHisaab requires an internet connection to work.

4. Data Security

We protect your data using access controls, logs, and security practices. We never share it for marketing.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as the account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

• Access, update, or delete your data.
• Withdraw contact permission.
• Request your data copy via support.

Children’s Privacy

We do not collect data from anyone under 15. If detected, it will be deleted immediately.

Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

EzHisaab helps manage business sales, purchases, ledgers, invoices, and employees. An internet connection is required to use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Enter accurate and honest data.
• Ensure customer/employee data is uploaded with consent.

3. Data Access and Permissions

The app requests permissions for Contacts, Camera, Storage, and Bluetooth to provide full functionality.

4. Account and Data

You register via WhatsApp OTP. You can contact support to delete your account and data at any time.

5. Limitations of Use

• Do not misuse or reverse-engineer the app.
• Do not engage in illegal activity through EzHisaab.

6. Modifications to the App

Features may change. Beta features may be introduced and are used at your own risk.

7. Accuracy and Bug Reporting

If you notice bugs or errors, report them to support. EzHisaab is not liable for business losses due to bugs or human errors.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding belong to EzHisaab. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. User Access Limitations

One admin and two users are allowed by default. Additional access is available upon request.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Karachi.
